About Acrylic Furniture
Acrylic was first introduced by the Rohm and Haas Company in 1933. While it looks like glass, acrylic is actually stronger and about half the weight! Acrylic sheets can be cut, beveled, polished to make acrylic awards and stunning acrylic furniture.
How to Clean
- Use warm water and a small amount of liquid soap such as Ivory.
- Rinse and dry.
- Make sure to always use a soft cloth as not to scratch the surface.
- Avoid household cleaners such as Windex, 409 and Fantastik as the chemicals in these products can dull and crazy the acrylic.
