I am so pleased with the job they did... It was a custom job at a reasonable cost! The metal frame on the stool is heavy, very strong, and has a stable base. There should be no problem holding my 200 pound grandson! The frame looks like something that is hand forged!. The color is more of a dull charcoal gray or soft black rather than a sharp black... and I like that. (Personally, shiny black for metal furniture is not a look I like.) The only improvement that could possibly be beneficial is that the weld on several of the joints seemed pretty sharp to the touch. I just used a file to dull the sharp edge! The benefits of this stool definitely outweigh that minor inconvenience! They were also packed well and Fed Ex did a good job delivering them. I would order 3 more of these in the barstool size if I had any more matching leather! I so much appreciate a quality product, as I am very particular!"
