When your furniture arrives, it will be brought to you on the street near your residence. This is a curbside delivery and it is at no charge to you. It is your responsibility to transport the boxes into your home.
If you would like the delivery to be brought to your house door or garage door within your property, this extra service can be purchased. If you would like this service, please let us know ahead of time so we can set up this with the trucking company.
The delivery services cannot bring the furniture into your home as their insurance does not cover any inside home damages.
In the event the delivery service cannot gain access to your area for delivery (for example, your condo does not allow a standard 53-foot trailer), you are responsible for any storage fees and to pick up your furniture at the trucking warehouse or similar location, at your cost.
Most orders ship by UPS or FedEx which will then bring the boxes directly to your door.
For bigger items, such as tables or dining chairs, the boxes will be brought to you on the street near your residence.

When your purchase arrives, please inspect it before signing for the shipment. If there is any damage to the cartons or shortage on the shipment, be sure to make a note on the delivery receipt. You can also refuse any merchandise due to damage.
It is not common that your goods will be damaged, but if you follow these instructions any damage or shortage can be properly claimed.
Important: Always sign for your delivery. It is very difficult to get carriers to pay for damages if you don’t sign for the shipment.
If your product arrives damaged from the freight company, you should immediately write down any and all “EXCEPTIONS” (damages) on the delivery receipt. Please do this before the carrier leaves. Always document any problems, preferably with a digital camera or your cell phone camera.

If you find any damage, please contact us at Barstool Comforts as soon as you can. We will advise the problem and help you get replacements. If you sign for the shipment and find concealed damages within five days of delivery, also report this to us at Barstool Comforts and we will help you out.
We reserve the right to repair or replace your furniture as we deem necessary.
We encourage our carriers to meet all delivery schedules, but we can’t guarantee that they will.
The world is an unpredictable place, and sometimes things beyond our control will slow down a shipment. This includes fires, traffic, flat tires, government actions, factory delays, freakish weather, acts of God, and similar unforeseen events.
We cannot be held responsible for any delay in your shipment.

Once the factory begins producing your order, nothing about it can be changed. This includes metal colors, fabric choices, height changes, as well as the particular product you select.
The factory makes your merchandise custom, as per your request. Special orders cannot be canceled or returned. They are designed and built just for you.
