Unfortunately, most of the dining chairs had the same irregularity in them. Barstoolcomforts.com was amazing in contacting the manufacturer and working out a fix for us. They also helped with a secondary problem that cropped up and got that taken care of too! They have outstanding customer service. Highly recommended. Oh, and the chairs are nice, too, once they were locally repaired!"

Due to the custom nature of these, all Trica items take between 6-7 weeks to be made and are shipped out of Québec, Canada directly to you.
Transit time is typically a week or less.

"Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. Ordered extra tall and was concerned about their stability at that height, but they feel secure and steady. I ordered the vinyl as a less expensive option to leather, and it looks good. If I wasn't so concerned about spills and stains, I would have ordered fabric because vinyl is cold! The sewn seams are perfect. I'm pretty sure they can be recovered eventually, after cats and kids have made their mark on them over the years. I did have trouble assembling them because the screws were not lining up, but my husband is pretty handy and with me holding things together he was able to get everything assembled. The cushion is certainly adequate. For a modern or transitional home, these would be a great complement!
