How the Height Adjustment Works

The seat height is controlled by a screw mechanism beneath the seat.

Turn the seat counterclockwise to raise it and clockwise to lower it.

Each complete 360-degree rotation changes the height by approximately 1/6 of an inch. About six full rotations will adjust the seat by one inch.

A quick swivel to the left or right will not noticeably change the height, so you can still turn comfortably while seated.
