We also accept C.O.M. (customers own material) if you’d like to send in your own fabric, vinyl or leather, which allows you to use any color or pattern on our stools or chairs.

"We ordered the Jackie Swivel counter stools. From start to finish the process was terrific! Barstool Comforts sent us large samples of several of the cushion fabrics we were considering. Once the order was placed, we received frequent and timely communications on its status and delivery was prompt. The chairs were relatively easy to assemble (a little tricky trying to hold the nut in place and surprisingly there were no washers to keep the bolt positioned correctly over the slot) as there are only four bolts to secure the base to the chair (back, cushion and swivel).
We had a small dent in the chair back of one (of four) of the chairs. The customer service was great, rapid and friendly responses - thank you Stephanie!! We promptly received a replacement metal chair frame to swap onto the chair and we did not need to return the dented frame.
Barstool Comforts is clearly a professional and efficient operation providing high quality products. So happy we found them!"

"Very happy with the bar stools, they arrived earlier than expected, they are very sturdy and great quality. I had them custom sized to 34" tall.
The customer Service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them!"
