The fabric is perfect and we are confident these beauties are going to last us a long time! (they are also very, very comfortable to sit in!) "We love our new barstools! This company was very easy to work with. The stools came fairly quickly and were so easy to put together. One of the barstools had two spots of paint damage from shipping. We notified the company and they replaced it immediately.
All of the barstools were packaged very thoroughly and carefully. The damage appears to have occurred from outside the box as the box it came in was slightly crushed and had tears in the cardboard. We are super pleased with the looks and quality of these barstools.
In addition, after I had already ordered the barstools, I saw a discount code somewhere online. I emailed support and asked if I could possibly add a discount after I placed the order. They refunded me $60.00! That's what I call customer service. 5 stars for sure!!"
