"We like the chairs very much! The assembly instructions were fairly easy to follow. Trica was easily available to answer a couple questions. Craftsmanship looks good, except for a few tiny tears at the bottom. They don’t show unless you turn them upside down, but I may get some fray preventative to keep it from spreading."

"Love the barstools. Arrived without incident and were packaged very well to prevent any damage. Easy to assemble. Seem comfortable and sturdy. Well made. Customer service was excellent and insightful. I needed some assistance on leg color as I was worried the gold would be too brassy and shiny. The representative grabbed a color pallet and described it perfectly over the phone and it is exactly what I was looking for."

"The barstools arrived in good condition because they were extremely well packed, which is a good thing because the box was quite damaged in shipping. They are excellent quality, comfortable, and exactly what I wanted!"

"We liked the Trica Wish stool and ordered them through Barstool Comforts. In addition to their competitive price, Barstool comforts provided great customer service. They provided updates on the status of my order, let me know when it would be shipped and provided the tracking number so I could follow the shipment. We were happy with the stools, but noticed the legs on one of the two stools we ordered were slightly uneven. I contacted Barstool Comforts (Stephanie in Customer Service) and she was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. She first gave some instructions from Trica on how to adjust the legs. When that didn't resolve the issue, she promptly ordered a new set of legs from Trica which I later received and completed resolved the issue. We are very happy with the Trica stools and very pleased with the excellent customer service from Barstool Comforts."
