"Wow- where do I begin: found this company online and gave them a call. It is hard to buy a barstool at any price you haven’t sat in. They gave me good advice and confidence on selecting a stool. Then I went with a local interior designer for color selection and ordering. What a mess I had then. After all was said and done, out money to a designer for stools never ordered, I called Barstool Comfort. They helped me throughout with the remaining issues and went above and beyond in customer service. I wish all businesses could/would provide the service they did. We have our chairs, they are wonderful, they work well, they are comfortable. Thank you Barstool Comforts!! PS: I purchased the Russell Swivel by Amisco in Marshmallow vinyl. Love them!!!!"

"Stools are as advertised, and did not disappoint. The Russell Swivel stools are commercial grade and extremely comfortable! We had issue with two stools damaged on delivery. However, Barstool Comforts customer service was amazing. They were responsive and had new parts shipped immediately. New parts arrived within a week. We love them!"

"My husband and I assembled two counter height bar stools with memory swivel return. The stools arrived with step-by-step assembly instructions and all needed hardware.
Our bar stools are very comfortable and have easy to clean vinyl seats. We really love the industrial look of the rivets around the backrest of the stools that are a beautiful work of art!
