"I ordered three Jackie Black Swivel Bar Stools with Arms for our taller-than-average bar, and they look fantastic. The Scatter Baltic fabric is stylish, and the spectator-height seat fits perfectly.
One stool arrived with visible damage, but customer service was outstanding—Stephanie arranged a prompt replacement and made the return process easy. The new stool arrived in perfect condition, and all three are sturdy, comfortable, and well-made. The swivel was stiff at first but loosened up with use.
Great product, even better service. Highly recommend Barstool Comforts!"
