"Super customer service. The chairs are solid and look great. Perfect match to our custom river table. We did have an issue with the trim on a few of the chairs, but they sent someone to my house to personally take care of it. I didn’t even realize it came with a ridiculously comprehensive 5-year warranty. Premium service, premium product, totally worth it."

"My wife and I are very hesitant when ordering furniture online. Barstool Comforts provided wood and fabric samples giving us faith that we would receive a good custom product.
We received our chairs without any damage due to excellent packing. When we opened the boxes and saw our barstools we were extremely pleased. The quality of craftsmanship of our barstools is excellent. The wood and fabric is exactly what we wanted.
I would rate Barstool Comforts 5.5 stars out of 5 stars - if that would be possible.

"Love this company, love the product. They sent me samples of the wood and the fabric…twice! We were trying to match the color of a custom river style blue tabletop that hadn’t arrived yet, so we were second guessing ourselves over and over again. They were very patient with me as I requested 3 big changes even when the project was in production. When I changed the wood finish, it actually downgraded the price and they made the adjustment in price without me having to ask. This is a premium product at a premium price…but you get what you pay for!"

"Great bar stools for finishing our basement rec room. Well packaged, easy assemble, very sturdy high quality chairs. Manufacturing took a while (expected) but Stephanie was great about keeping me in the loop on schedule and quickly responding to my requests."
