The website provided an estimated “get well” date and sure enough, I got an email that confirmed shipping would occur during the month they had predicted. I then began an email exchange with someone in customer service who was amazing: she kept me informed of the manufacture date and shipping and answered all my questions by email promptly. The barstools arrived in superior packaging and were very easy to assemble. A terrific product from a terrific company.”
