I purchased new stools from Barstool Comforts because I knew the quality of the Amica stools since I already owned nine. Unfortunately, there were quality issues that appear to be due to how Barstool Comforts shipped the product. When I contacted Barstool Comforts’s customer service they were amazing. They quickly sent out replacements and were very friendly, responsive, and proactively followed up with me. I still think the Amica product is high quality but the packing and shipping process need to be addressed so the products do not damage each other when in the same box.”
