“Good quality materials, but a lack of attention to detail with finishing. Welds are sloppy. Chair back support tube bottom ends are open/uncovered when assembled.
Assembly is easy and fasteners are substantial for their purpose.
Packaging was inadequate. Our chairs arrived via UPS with several holes and tears in the cardboard box. One chair back support tube was unprotected from bubble wrap and sustained small scratches/marks on the bottom end.
Given the price of these barstools, I expected better workmanship and care (in regards to shipping).”
