“I spent considerable time researching barstools for our remodeled kitchen and purchased (online) four Nicholas swivel stools and am very pleased I did. The steel finish color was applied uniformly, the vinyl seat and back have smooth, uniform stitching, are supportive, comfortable and the swivel works without a glitch. I am also glad I hired a contractor friend to assemble them as the assembly video was not representative of the process in this case (so he says). Contractor also had all the correct power tools so I would suggest doing the same. FYI, it took as long to unwrap the protective plastic from the pieces as did assembly, and we have a mystery bag of of extra parts that were taped to a seat. Despite the assembly issue the stools are perfect and complete our renovation. Working with Barstool Comforts was easy and they were responsive to my many questions. I give them 5 stars and suggest they review their assembly video.”
