"We are very pleased with our bar stools. Assembly was relatively painless. The spring-loaded swivel attachment was the biggest challenge. We recommend having a helper for that step. The stools are very comfortable and seem well constructed. We also took the manufacturer's advice and added felt pads to the rubber inserts. The stools slide much easier on our marble kitchen floors.

Customer service was outstanding, especially in dealing with a shipping schedule snafu. Overall, we highly recommend these stools."
