We ordered 6 stools and 2 came with issues with a seat that was misaligned and end caps that were damaged. The customer service was phenomenal! They helped with stools that were wobbly to get them leveled. Plus shipped parts to correct each issue. I didn't have to return anything which was very convenient. I highly recommend Barstool Comforts as they stand behind their products."
