"Overall, very satisfied with the bar stools. Incredibly comfortable and provides great lower back support when leaning back. I did have difficulty with installing the leg caps “sliders”. Since they’re made of plastic, trying to tap them into the metal legs was incredibly difficult and frustrating. Several were cracked and required replacing. Response to my request was excellent and timely."

"They look wonderful! Very substantial stools. We have the stadium height ones - a bit concerning for their height - but very stable. Seats are very comfortable, although the unpadded back (the version we got) is a little uncomfortable if it hits you in the wrong place."

"These are lovely chairs. Comfortable, sturdy and well designed. They deserve 5 stars, except for a flaw in the finish on the seat base.
My recommendation, buy them...and when you receive them, prior to putting them together, which isn't difficult, examine all surfaces in the light at more than one angle. A step we failed to do.
You have 10 days to report any problems."
