The quality seems good. If I could make one change, I would add a piece to the front of frame at about 6-7 inches off the floor. The addition would serve as a foot rest while seated. The FedEx people seemed to be confused about the delivery. We received several notices that postponed each expected date. Finally, FedEx was definite. The stools would be at our house the next day. The truck arrived, but the driver could not find the stools on his truck. Ultimately we received the stools a couple days later. Comical in retrospect. One other thing about the delivery, the boxes were pretty beaten up and one was opened."

"Quality is fine, but there is one caveat…the footrest is way to low. It's actually useless. I wrote to customer service and was told they are built with standard height footrests. How can you have a standard height footrest when you sell counter height AND bar height stools? This should have been taken into consideration when they designed them. I'm very disappointed for the money I spent."
