"These barstools were lovely, with excellent upholstery work. When we had a small issue with the underside finish of the arms, both Barstool Comforts and the manufacturer jumped on it and fixed it immediately and to perfect quality. So I give this a 5, because the issue was small and very well addressed - a high quality product and a high quality business."
