“I was very disappointed that I was sent the wrong size seat for one out of three of my stools. I’ve never had anything like that happen and it seems like an easily preventable situation. I still have not received the new seat top.
I actually very much so like the stool. I just wish there had been some kind of quality control prior to shipping. Thanks.”
