“Great overall – but the plastic floor protectors were very difficult to install and there was not information to let you know if it was normal or not for a lot of the plastic ridges on the sides of the plugs to be ripped off while inserting and need trimming with a knife after (presuming that it created tightness inside to keep them in forever?) and that because they are angled that it is very hard to hit them in with a mallet without causing them to rotate and go in funny.
You may also wish to consider cutting down on waste by using something lighter to hold the swivel in place during shipping than two large bolts.”
