“Overall I’m very happy with my barstools, the look is just what I wanted. But the instructions and the video are different and I was missing 4 hex nuts. A woman cannot put these together by herself as my tilt mechanism wouldn’t turn. The assembly may have been hard (I had to hire someone to help me) but the look is exactly what I was going for. And the quality of the barstools is excellent.”
