“We did not receive the swivel device when the chairs were delivered, so not knowing it was coming later in a different PKG, we put one chair together to only find out it didn’t have the swivel return. They are difficult to assemble and now we need to take it apart to install the swivel device. Very frustrating!!! We do like the fabric & metal we chose.”
Comment from Barstool Comforts: I’m sorry about this; the memory-return swivel mechanisms come in a different box, but the 360-degree ones will arrive in the same box.
