“stools are very nice. However, we were missing 4 nuts and bolts for one stool and had to go out and purchase them ourselves.
Assembly was harder than we had expected and the plastic end caps that go into the base of the feet did not fit the polished, quality look that I had expected when paying for Amisco products.
Since the shipping time for the stools was so long, we were concerned that we would not get the missing parts in in a reasonable amount of time if we contacted the manufacturer, however, I was about to send an email and let you know, but then I received this survey request.”
Comment from Barstool Comforts: Many apologies on not receiving the nuts and bolts. The manufacturer would have sent these right out, as both us and the manufacturer take care of any parts right away.
