Durable Thermo-Set Powdercoat Finish

MTS metal finishes are made to look good and hold up beautifully over time. Each piece goes through a 3-stage preparation process that cleans, etches, and coats the metal before the powdercoat is applied, helping create a strong bond that resists corrosion, impact, abrasion, cracking, and peeling.

The final baking cycle bonds the finish to the metal, creating a smooth, resilient coating that can handle everyday use in busy homes, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial spaces.

Eco-Friendly Manufacturing Approach

MTS Seating follows its SynerGreen® philosophy, focusing on responsible manufacturing, recycled materials, and reduced environmental impact. Their seating products may include steel with recycled content, COMFORTbliss® foam made with approximately 20% natural plant-based materials, and powdercoat finishes that are free of VOCs and Hazardous Air Pollutants.

Many components used in their seating products may also be recyclable through local resources, including the packaging, frame, wood components, foam, upholstery, and select molded materials.

MTS also avoids many chemicals of concern, including BPA, formaldehyde, PVC, phthalates, antimicrobials, and intentionally added California Prop 65 chemicals.
