Limited Time Warranty
Coverage by Wesley Allen, Inc.
- Wesley Allen warrants to the original consumer purchaser.
- Furniture is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal household use.
- Valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the furniture.
- Any defective component (excluding fabric and finish) will be repaired or replaced with a comparable quality and value.
- Repair or replacement is without charge.
- All transportation costs on shipments both to and from Wesley Allen are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Limitations & Exclusions
- Warranty is only for the original consumer purchaser.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Furniture subjected to misuse or negligence.
- Defects and damage caused by improper use, care, assembly, modification, alteration, service, or repair.
- Floor models, link springs, swivels, trundle units, fabric, or finish.
- Commercial usage; valid for household use only.
Product Information
- Standard bed frames can be used with the headboards.
- Products have a powder paint that’s electrostatically applied and baked for a long-lasting, chip-resistant finish.
- Custom finishes are hand applied.
- Slight variations in tone, hue, and shading due to individual craftsmanship, dye lots, and weather conditions are not considered manufacturer’s defects.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
This warranty is valid only in the continental United States.

If you have not ordered with Barstool Comforts | Send written notice of claim to: Wesley Allen Warranty Department 1001 East 60th St. Los Angeles, CA 90001 -1098 Include: A copy of this warranty. A brief description of the furniture and the claimed defect. A copy of the original purchase receipt. Note: Proof of original purchase is mandatory for warranty service. |
Upon receiving your notice, Wesley Allen will:
- Provide written authorization for the furniture return.
- Offer return instructions.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Wesley Allen.

Product Care
Polishing is never required. An occasional wiping with a soft, damp cloth will easily remove surface dust. Polishes, chemicals or abrasive cleaners should never be used. Skin creams, hair sprays, and other solvents may contain chemicals that may adversely affect the painted finish.
