Guarantee
Style Upholstering Inc. assures that its products are free from material and workmanship defects under normal use and care. This guarantee is valid for one year of single-shift service from the invoice date, as evidenced by the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
Remedies
In the event of defects, the furniture will be either repaired or replaced at Style’s discretion. This is the sole remedy provided, and Style does not permit any third party to create additional obligations or liabilities related to this furniture.
Liability Limitation
Style’s responsibility for defective merchandise is strictly limited to repair or replacement. Style is not liable for any subsequent damages or losses.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Product abuse or misuse.
- Modifications that alter the product from its original configuration.
Natural Characteristics
- Wood variations, color changes, surface cracks, loose joints, and other natural discolorations are typical of wood substance and are not considered defects.
- The Driftwood hand rub process results in a unique appearance, which is not deemed defective.
Finish Variability
- Published wood finish examples are for illustration purposes only and should not be used for exact finish matches.
- To confirm finish color, contact us for an actual wood sample before ordering.
Finish Changes
Style reserves the right to modify or alter any wood finishes at any time without prior notice.
