For Freight Truck Deliveries:
When your furniture arrives
It will be brought to you on the street near your residence. This is a curbside delivery and it is at no charge to you. It is your responsibility to transport the boxes into your home.
The delivery services cannot bring the furniture into your home
Their insurance does not cover any inside home damages.
In the event the delivery service cannot gain access to your area for delivery
For example, your condo does not allow a standard 53-foot trailer — you are responsible for any storage fees and for picking up your furniture at the trucking warehouse or a similar location, at your cost. Please tell us in advance if you think there may be delivery restrictions or special requirements so we can help arrange alternative solutions.
If You Need to Postpone Delivery
If you need to delay your delivery by 14 days or more, please note that trucking companies charge daily storage fees for holding shipments. You would be responsible for covering these costs. We recommend letting us know as soon as possible if you anticipate a delay so we can assist in minimizing or avoiding storage fees where possible.
For White Glove Deliveries:
The delivery team will unpack your furniture, remove it from the pallet and boxes, and place it in your room of choice. They’ll also take all packaging materials with them when they leave.
Before delivery, they’ll contact you by phone or email to arrange a convenient date.
Please note: this service takes 2-4 weeks to deliver.

How they ship
Most orders ship by UPS or FedEx which will then bring the boxes directly to your door.
For bigger items, such as tables or dining chairs, the boxes will be brought to you on the street near your residence.
This is a curbside delivery and it is at no charge to you. It is your responsibility to transport the boxes into your home.

When your furniture arrives
Please inspect it before signing for the shipment. If there is any damage to the cartons or shortage on the shipment, be sure to make a note on the delivery receipt.
Sign for your delivery
It is very difficult to get carriers to pay for damages if you don’t sign for the shipment.
If your furniture arrives damaged
It’s very rare that our furniture will arrive damaged
Our manufacturers pack their furniture tightly, however; damages still may occur.
Before the freight company leaves your home
Please write down any damages on the delivery receipt. This will help us file a claim with the freight company.
Report damages to us within 30 days
Please email us photos of the damage to [email protected]. We will advise the problem and help you get replacements.
If you report damages to us after 30 days
You may be responsible for replacement parts. I’m sorry, this is our manufacturer’s policy.
Unforeseen chaos can slow down your shipment.
We encourage our carriers to meet all delivery schedules, but we can’t guarantee that they will.
The world is an unpredictable place, and sometimes things beyond our control will slow down a shipment. This includes fires, traffic, flat tires, government actions, factory delays, freakish weather, acts of God, and similar unforeseen events.
We cannot be held responsible for any delay in your shipment.
Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.

In the event that you have to cancel within 24-48 hours
If you have to cancel, please make sure it is within 24-48 hours so the manufacturer has time to cancel your order. When you do cancel, we have to charge you a 3% transaction fee. Whenever you purchase items online, the retailer is charged a credit card transaction fee. It varies from retailer-to-retailer. With us, we have a 3% transaction fee.
Once the factory begins production
Nothing about it can be changed. This includes metal and wood finishes, fabric choices, height changes, as well as the particular product you select.
The factory makes your merchandise custom, as per your request. Special orders cannot be canceled or returned. They are designed and made just for you.
