It is very important to us that each product our manufacturers make meets high standards of quality. ln order to attain this, every product goes through a thorough inspection before being shipped.
However, in transit rough handling can result in some stools, chairs and tables being not level when delivered.
1. Place the chair, stool (without the seat cushion) or table base on a level surface. Determine which 2 legs are longer.
2. Take the base by one of the longer legs. Hit the opposite leg only (which is at 180′ from the one you are holding) on the floor. Do not hesitate to use the strength needed, because the metal is flexible. It won’t break.
3. Replace the base on the same level surface. lf it still isn’t level, repeat step #2. Do it as many times as necessary. lf it still doesn’t work, please contact our customer service department.
