We were unable to be here for our delivery and I asked for an extension on reporting any issues and Stephanie said that would not be an issue. When we arrived and opened our packages, there were a few minor flaws. Very minor and very fixable. New parts were immediately sent and we just love our Amisco stools. This is our 3rd time buying Amisco Ronnie chairs and we are happy customers.”
