I am very happy with product and it sits proudly behind my bar. However, the problems with FedEx were unacceptable. It took an entire month for barstool to arrive after leaving factory. When it finally arrived I almost missed delivery because I never received the 30 minute heads up call I was told I would get. In addition the person who delivered it left an 80 lb pallet on my doorstep with no explanation. I’m a 71 year old man who can’t pick up the pallet. I understand the problems FedEx is experiencing as a result of Covid but not communicating with me was unacceptable. I was the one who discovered barstool was mistakingly stored in a warehouse in Seattle, not FedEx. Bottom line, as a result of this awful experience I will not buy the other barstool, I will shop locally and have delivered by local freight carriers. Thank You."
