“We purchased 7 stools in two different styles. My wife had requested fabric samples and then worked with Barstool Comfort to select fabrics and stool styles. Support prior to ordering was very good.
The frame of one stool was damaged in transit. That said, We were contacted immediately and a replacement frame was put into production that same day. Things happen; it’s how it’s taken care of that counts and I was quite pleased.
