“Service was stupendous, I spoke to two different agents who were very kind and helpful. The Amisco stools are some of the best you can buy. One stool was damaged, by UPS, I presume, but I fixed it myself. They work well and look great. Shipping time was pathetic, it literally took me a month to receive my product that was specifically purchased to host Thanksgiving.
And herein lies the problem. Barstool comforts is a drop shipper. They simply ordered my product from Amisco in Canada and charged me a huge amount of money to do so. Order directly from Amisco or the Amisco store on Amazon and save yourselves a Ton of money. And receive your identical product within the week.”

To anyone reading our reply: We are a drop shipper — this is no secret, as Amisco does not work directly with the public. You have to be a dealer of theirs which we have been for over 20 years. You cannot order the bar stools shown on our website directly from Amisco.com. You can order some of their stools and chairs, but not the ones we feature on our website, like the Ronny. Also, we are required by Amisco to charge what we charge on our website. This is called the Minimum Advertised Price. All retailers are required to charge this price. We are very transparent and if you have any questions about us, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are more than happy to answer any of your questions!
